Adaptation of a 3d model and rendering for an inflatable object for Freedent from La Rue agency. The job was to edit the 3D object to respect the constraints related to the manufacture of inflatable (about 1m height), and make HD renders for customer validating. A free jigsaw software made with Adobe Air. The app can load your own images (any size) and choose the number of columns and rows (1600 pieces max). Basically this jigsaw has been developed for children. The ability to manage different levels of difficulty and to choose a custom image, make the application to adapt any level for children. The parts are only square or rectangular. I will try to improve the system by providing real pieces of jigsaw shapes in a later version. Dynamic bitmap slicing was interesting to explore for this type of software.Download for free Windows or Mac version (french only). Any comments or suggestions about this app are welcome.

The arrival of Flash on Android allows to use the 3D engine of adobe's API. So I tried with the engine that seems best suited to support mobile Away3d lite. The engine is light and powerful. However, it is, like all other current 3d engines in flash: only software ... which means that only the processor calculates all the 3d ... no openGL ES ... the 3D works, but it is quite sluggish. Not yet possible to use a larger mesh. It was the case on desktop pc, but on mobile the limitation is really heavy.
