Sanofi Genzyme - Atopic dermatitis
client : Business Stratégie Communication Category : DevelopmentAugmented reality application for the occasion of a trade show for Sanofi laboratories via Business Stratégie Communication. The application is an internal application for doctors on the show to understand the mechanisms of atopic dermatitis.The application was used mainly on iPad tablets, but it was also available for Android.
The app uses Vuforia for 2d marker recognition (2 markers only). I had to develop a camera movement smoothing system to avoid AR-related tracking shakes when moving too far away from the marker. The refraction shaders were made using Shader Graph (see my tests about it).

Lautaret projection table
client : Le Naturographe Category : DevelopmentStill within the field of the Lautaret exhibition, Le Naturographe asked me to develop software that would display a video presenting the evolution of glaciers retreat in the region.The result is projected onto a 3d printed model of the corresponding mountains via a projector.
Control buttons stop the video and display an explanatory text (in three languages: French, English and Italian) at key dates. These buttons are controlled by an Arduino in conjunction with the software. I created a plate for the connection of the buttons, modeled and printed a 3d support for the whole.
The application (Windows) was developed under Unity 3d 2020.1.x + Arduino
SSR Candela v3
Category : NoneBehind this barbarian word (Screen Space Reflection) hides a technique of dynamic reflection on 3d surface. The reflections are calculated in real time on the camera level. The effect is very efficient but limited to camera space only. Everything wich is behind the camera field of view, is not taken into account. Candela has just released v3 of their asset wich fix this issue in a certain way. The result is quite convincing. Here are some comparative screens.

Unity 3d automation system
client : Kalimind Category : DevelopmentKalitouch is an iOs apps to manage home automation system from Kalimind. The system is based on XML sockets and controls different systems and equipments in the house. I developed an independant Unity pc module for demonstrations purposes in shows. The interaction on the Kalitouch client application controls equipment in virtual apartment. Orders are relayed by a Linux server via XML sockets to Unity. Unity software is responsible for applying the changes, updates, and cameras movements required. Management of day and night, ambiant light, dynamic lights, colored spotlight, video, live webcam are some elements that have been incorporated into this Unity software. Camera movements are controled via tweening (iTween) and keyframing. The project was developed in C#.
Color configurator

A rough 3d scene was modeled to render the mattes (diffuse, indirect lightings (global illumination), reflections). the mattes are dynamically binded to the selected color.
